First things first… or so it seems… here’s our signal chat… requires admin approval and here’s a kanban if you’re into that kinda thing.
Soooooo there’s a few of us been in occupation of the Flowerpot for a good few weeks now.
We’ve also been following up with Shared Assets about setting up a housing / workers / some other multi-stake-holder cooperative. Although this was initially focused on 234 Mare Street we’ve decided to see how that might work here… If you’re interested in getting involved in a long term initiative that explores how we might go about this, join the Space Pirates Scrolling signal chat and say “Hi!” there.
Liverpool’s not happening, but as you can see there’s been lots of strange goings on here at the Flowerpot while we’ve been taking things slower recently.

Sooo, I’ve been on the case of the flies… still not sure where they’re coming from though… think it’s gotta be a dead something rotting in a gap somewhere eewww! I’ve flushed the toilet in the basement – the water had all evaporated from the bowl. – Maybe they were coming direct from the sewer? Can’t be sure, but I think there’s also a funny smell coming from under the floorboards in the hall that might be worth investigating… I looked into the ominous hole above the basement door.. but don’t think they’re coming from there…. They’re definitely reducing in numbers recently which is good… and I found a quicker way of shooing them out the door… Maybe this is something I could write my first post about!!! hint hint!
